Wow I can't believe we are already in May! Where did April go?
Well I enjoyed welcoming new faces to our sensory classes and we saw the start of our baby yoga sessions which have been lovely to watch the children developing their movements through.
This term we have been enjoying some lovely stories, I'd love to hear which ones have been your favourite.

Spouse Force
For those of you that haven't heard of them Spouse Force are an amazing support group that is based in Catterick Garrison. The group is not just for army wives and girlfriends, it is there to provide support and opportunities for all women local to the area.
I have the pleasure of teaming up with them throughout the year for both adult and children social activities.
Sunshine Sensory also collaborates with Focus Financial (in association with Spouse Force) to offer free will writing for Sunshine Sensory members.
All Spouseforce members can also receive a 10% discount on sessions when referred through Spouseforce.
MINIS SHOWCASE
Our next Mini's Showcase event will be held at Hurworth Grange on Sunday 7th July. All ticket details can be found on our sister website www.minisshowcase.co.uk
We have over 15 FREE activities included in the ticket price plus lots more stalls and providers to visit.
Birthday Parties
We have some availability for parties up until the end of August if you would like to book.
It's a non-refundable deposit of £20 with the balance due on the day.
Two packages are available: Package 1: 1 hour sensory story session includes sensory story followed by music and balloons. £60 for up to 10 children / £100 for up to 20 children
Package 2: 2 hour sensory and softplay session includes all the above with additional softplay setup. £130 for up to 10 children / £170 for up to 20 children.
Pre-Made goody bags are also available for £2.50 per child.
We can also signpost to yorkshire rose events who can provide all set up, catering and room decor.
Messy Play - Spring Planting
Hopefully the weather will get warmer soon and a great messy play is getting some plants in. Enjoy letting little ones feel the texture of the soil in their hands. For older ones they can learn the joy of growing their own plants.
